Jerusalem Park covers over 3,700 acres and is considered Israel's largest park. Created as a municipal park to preserve the natural environment and offer a recreational space near the city's residential communities, the park offers numerous opportunities for the physically active individual. The park is divided into four parks: Refaim Valley Park, Motza Valley Park, Tzofim Valley Park, and HaArazim Valley Park. With 43 kilometers of bicycle and walking trails, football and basketball courts, a skating arena, a swimming center, a small lake, springs, and historical/archeological sites, this park is a perfect place to experience vibrant greenery and wildlife while being active.

Located between Mevaseret Zion and Ein Kerem, Motza Valley Park offers walking and bicycle trails. Within the park, one can find springs, archaeological remains, vineyards, and olive groves.
