Aminadav forest
Aminadav Forest covers 1,750 acres to the west of Jerusalem. Recreation areas, sports facilities, cycling trails, and a walking path are provided at the entrance to the forest. The cycling paths vary in difficulty. The forest also has a number of recreation areas for sports and physical activity. A 1km trail leads to the Saadim Recreation Area and has been specially adapted for disabled use. The Aminadav Active Recreation Area contains a basketball court, exercise equipment, and direct access to a challenging 2.5km mountain-bike trail. At the heart of the Aminadav Forest on Shvil HaMa'aynot (Springs Trail) is Einot Uzi (Uzi Springs) which leads to two adjacent pools that are a beautiful spot for a dip during your hike
