So you have decided to spend a year studying or
participating on a program in Jerusalem after high school. Spending a
year abroad in the Holy City of Jerusalem will be different from anything you
have ever experienced! Some of you may be living away from home for the
first time. Others may have cook for themselves
for the first time with food that is different from their normal cuisine.
Many of you will be unfamiliar with Jerusalem and all that it has to
offer. Though health and physical activity are not everyone's priority,
living on your own for the first time may lead to issues like the
dreaded Freshman 15.
